Our Vision
Our Association is involved in many technically complex, politically sensitive and community-based projects and initiatives. We incorporate a proactive relationship model with various levels of government on numerous issues. Our goal is to ensure that government policies dealing with the land development industry are fair, consistent, predictable and financially responsible. Our approach will result in high-quality and affordable housing, providing built communities and a higher quality of life for our residents.

As the province's largest association representing the construction and development industry, we are committed to ensuring that members have access to timely, relevant, high-quality information. We pride ourselves in being available to our members, while we advocate on their behalf by keeping governments informed about industry needs and concerns. Our mandate is to advise the government, promote development, and improve the lives of people in need. In other words, we represent you - the people of Nova Scotia.
