Our Annual UDI Fall Conference Nov. 1,  2023

Working Together to House Nova Scotians

Our conference will offer various topics of interest for everyone involved in development.  Ben Young of Southwest Properties will begin the day as our keynote speaker.  We will have panel discussions on Leading-Edge Technology in Construction, Affordable Housing and the effect of Non-Construction-Related Costs on Housing.  Cathie O’Toole, HRM’s CAO will address the audience, as will Housing Minister John Lohr.  BMO Economist, Robert Kavcic will offer his insights into the economy, interest rates and inflation.  We are working on adding another speaker, or two.

This is your opportunity to reacquaint with old colleagues and meet those new to the industry.  This is an event you will not want to miss.

As with all events, topics and speakers are subject to change.
