HRM hired Turner Drake (with additional input in technical areas from Metropole, Hemson Consulting and CBCL) to undertake a review of all Infrastructure Charges in HRM.
UDI Nova Scotia has been following this fee review closely as it will have a large impact on our members and ultimately on the affordability of housing in the region. UDI commissioned a report from Altus Group on costs in HRM and Moncton, our closest equivalent in the Canadian Maritimes, which is complete.
