On July 15, 2021, Steve Higgins Manager of Current Planning retired from HRM after a long and successful career.
Steve was respected by his colleagues and members of the development community. He responded to concerns in a timely manner and offered solutions to issues as they arose. As a municipal employee, Steve has been called the Gold Standard by many. We at UDI agree wholeheartedly. We wish Steve the very best in his retirement. He certainly has earned it.
